So I ordered 4 of these with engraving. I rec'd an order acknowledgement and about 2 weeks after, I got a notice that my products were unavailable and it was cancelled. No explanation as to what was no longer available. On a whim I went back on-line and the glasses were available, but the engraving was not. So I reordered an found someone else who would engrave. The glasses, once reordered and received are great. Love them. The whole scenario, lack of communication, etc. was terrible. Had I not decided to look again on my own, this sale would never have been made.
