Ordered two guitar pick shot glasses for my music loving brother. It took about two months for the package to arrive. I spent hours waiting to talk to customer service because I was given the wrong tracking code and it said the shipment was cancelled by seller every time I checked the status. I understand many businesses and the mail were behind this crazy holiday season, but this was a different than I experienced with other companies. The day it was finally delivered, I got an email that part of my order was refunded with no explanation. I thought maybe it was out of courtesy for the delay, but I only received one of two shot glasses. The shot glass I received is great and my brother loves it, but I wish I received the right tracking code, my whole order, and or an explanation as to why I only received part of my order.
