Broke right away, poor quality, nonexistent customer service

The shuriken come out of this glass after just a couple of uses, even with careful handling and handwashing. Assumed it was either defective or damaged in shipping, but customer service’s response was to ignore me completely. Will never purchase again.

Broken when delivered

The glass is cute and a fun idea but was so poorly packaged that it was broken apart when I opened it. There was nothing to cushion the glass in the package except for some paper so of course the part "Stuck in Glass" was broken off and there was a huge crack up the side of the glass.
