I ordered a guitar pick glass and received a glass with a golf tea in it instead. I immediately sent an email to customer service and did not hear anything for a few days so tried calling instead. However, EVERY time I called I was hung up on. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I was unable to connect with anyone in order to order a new glass in time. The product was great quality and I would have just bought a new glass all together but was unable to connect with anyone. Awful service. Will never order again in the future.
